Swagster Club (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items purchased on swagsterclub.in (the “Service”).
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by EMAIL TO: info@swagsterclub.in within the 3-day window. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance for your own protection.
We will only process a refund once we have received the returned item and verified that it meets the conditions for return outlined above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to email id: info@swagsterclub.in business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item.
Once refund is generated, it will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
